A: Our Done4U Video Marketing Service automates the entire process of scripting, producing, editing, publishing and promoting high-quality videos (2-3 minutes in duration) that you can share on a weekly basis with your prospects, clients and Realtors. It’s all about adding value to your database on a weekly basis, so you can maximize your repeat and referral business. Q: Do I have to be a “techie” to benefit from this service?

A: No, you can be a complete “techno-numbnut” and still benefit greatly from this service. We literally do everything for you so all you have to do is upload a video and send out an email to your list — and we provide you with all the video tutorials showing you exactly how to do it, step by step. If that still sounds a bit scary, you have the option to get our full-service team to do it ALL for you, including uploading the videos and setting up a “set it and forget it” email campaign that drips on your people once a week while you sleep. How easy can you handle it?

Q: How many videos do you provide and how often do I send them?

A: Our Done4U Video Marketing Service includes four “Consumer Tip” videos per month, which are specifically designed for your prospects and clients. This allows you to send one “Consumer Tip” video per month. Similarly, we will also provide you with four “Realtor Tip” videos per month — so you can send out one video per week to your Realtors.

Q: Where do my videos get uploaded?

A: We recommend that you upload your videos to a video sharing platform like Facebook and/or YouTube (and in some cases, Vimeo). If you don’t have these platforms set up yet, no problemo, we can set them up for you…. including all your custom-branded graphics and contact info.

Q: Can I promote my videos by sending out emails from my Outlook?

A: This is not recommended. It’s better to have an email marketing software designed to send bulk emails, track your deliverability (i.e. opens and clicks) and allow the recipient to unsubscribe any time they wish. Outlook simply doesn’t cut it for this. In your video tutorials, we will teach you which email marketing software and CRM providers we recommend. These providers usually range from $20-$100 per month, depending on the depth and breadth of functionality. This would require an additional investment, above and beyond our service fees.

Q: How long would it take to generate a positive return on my investment (ROI)?

A: Your ROI and the speed it takes to break even and profit would depend on several factors, including:

1. Your list size — the larger your database of prospects, clients and Realtors, the higher your results.

2. Your coachability — the more precisely you follow our proven methods and implement exactly as prescribed, the better your results.

3. Your consistency — for best results you need to be persistent and consistent in sending your emails every single week, like clockwork. If you don’t want the hassle, get us to do it for you!

Q: Do you provide ongoing support if I need any help along the way?

A: Yes, absolutely! We have a growing library of video tutorials that you’ll have access to 24/7, plus if needed, we can provide you with 1-on-1 assistance via email, live chat or phone. Not only that, we’ll be conducting ongoing monthly webinars on various topics to teach you more and more ways to monetize your videos.

Q: Where do I retrieve my videos once I sign up?

A: If you are an “unbranded” member, you’ll get your videos once per week inside of our Done4U Video Marketing membership website (with your own unique username and password). If you are a “branded” member or above, you’ll receive your videos inside of your own Box.net folder, where new videos will be loaded each month. You’ll receive an email each month to notify you when your new videos are ready.

Q: Can I add my Done4U Videos to my mortgage website or my blog?

A: Sure, no problem. You own your videos so you can do anything you want with them. You can add them to your branding site, your blog, your social media platforms or any other video-sharing platform you like.

Q: If a bunch of other mortgage pros are using the same videos, wouldn’t that reduce their effectiveness?

A:  Yes, to a certain degree. That’s why it’s important to deploy your videos using our proven methods. There are several “ninja techniques” you can use to create a “closed” environment so no one would know that there are other mortgage pros using the same videos. Don’t worry, we’ll teach you how to do all of this in your video tutorial library. Also, remember this: most people aren’t using video at all, so just the mere fact that you’re using video will separate you from the pack!
